At Vitalore, we aim to provide a reliable international shipping service. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the European Union (Bulgaria).

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATES)
European Union: 3-7 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
United States: 7-23 business days
All Other Destinations: 7-23 business days

All shipments include tracking, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or customs procedures beyond our control.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

European Union (EU):
Free shipping. No customs duties or import charges apply. VAT is included in the price.

United Kingdom (UK):
Free shipping.

Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales):
Minimum order value: £136. Orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import VAT or handling fees may be charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Northern Ireland:
No minimum order value. No additional import charges apply.

United States (US):
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us.

All Other Destinations:
Free shipping. Orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Address Accuracy:
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, related costs may be deducted from any refund.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees, administrative charges, and (for US orders) prepaid duties and taxes may be deducted from any refund.

Delivery Restrictions:
We require a physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Additional Notice for US Orders:
In case of return, refusal, or failed delivery, prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable.
