Glucosamine sulfate - 450 mg
Turmeric - 100 mg
Nutrelix PT snail powder (mollusk) - 50 mg
Boswellia dry extract - 50 mg
Hyaluronic Acid - 23.75 mg
Vitamin C - 12 mg (15% NRV*)
Collagen Type II - 10 mg
*NRV = Nutrient Reference Value (EU Regulation 1169/2011)
Other ingredients: Capsule shell (gelatin); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.

Directions
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning with a glass of water.
