We aim to provide a clear and fair return process for all customers.

Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos.

This timeframe is recommended to help us resolve the issue quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, refunds are issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to request a refund within 14 days of providing valid proof of return shipment.

We reserve the right to verify all returned items. In cases where the returned item is missing, incomplete, damaged, or does not match the original shipment, a refund may be reduced or refused in accordance with applicable laws.

Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns
For returns from outside the European Union, shipments should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
