All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bulgaria within 1-2 business days. Every shipment includes tracking, so you can monitor your order after dispatch.

Shipping overview

European Union: Free shipping. VAT is included in the price and no customs duties apply.

United Kingdom: Free shipping. For Great Britain - England, Scotland and Wales - a minimum order value of £136 applies. Orders are shipped under DAP terms, which means import VAT or handling fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. Northern Ireland has no minimum order value and no additional import charges apply.

United States: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped on a DDP basis, with import duties and taxes prepaid by us.

Rest of the world: Free shipping. Orders are shipped under DAP terms, which means import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
